Participant characteristics are poorly reported in exercise trials in tendinopathy: A systematic review

To evaluate the reporting of eligibility criteria and baseline participant characteristics in randomised controlled trials investigating effects exercise interventions tendinopathy. Randomised therapy compared to a non-exercising intervention upper lower limb tendinopathy were included. Data extraction was categorised into following domains: demographics, descriptors, general health, recruitment criteria. The review included tendinopathies: Achilles (n = 9), gluteal 2), lateral elbow 15), patellar 3) plantar 3), rotator cuff 13).
